Ingredients:
Fatty oil with 30 - 40 % linoleic acid (C18:2 w6), 30 - 45 % linolenic acid (C18:3 w3). The extract contains only traces of essential oil with sotolon (3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-2(5H)-furanone) as specific component responsible for the typical fenugreek flavour.

Naturalness:
The product is manufactured from the named raw material. It contains apart from the Rosemary Antioxidant Extract no additives and no other technical adjuncts, it is not blended and not formulated. The product is 100 % natural and it corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 2 years.
