Production:
By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms [1]. The extract is standardized by addition of sunflower oil.
Extract:
Red, clear liquid oil with pungent smell.
D/E-Ratio:
18 - 22 kg raw material yield 1 kg product.

Ingredients:
8,5 - 10,5 % total capsaicinoids (containing nordihydrocapsaicin, capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin), carotenoids (ß-carotene, capsanthin, capsorubin), fatty oil.
Application:
In food industry, in cosmetics and pharmaceutical preparations.
Naturalness:
The product is 100 % natural and contains apart from the sunflower oil no additves and no other technical adjuncts. It corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.
Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 5 years.
