Ingredients:
The CO2-extract contains 45 - 65 % steam volatile components with 10 - 20 % acorenone, acorone, isoacorone, cryptoacorone and beta asarone (‹ 7 % quantitative in extract). In contrast to watersteam distillation the thermolabil sesquiterpenlactones, the acorones in particular acoragermacrone are fully preserved [2].

Application:
In sweet and dessert products, spice formulations, as stomach remedy and in perfumery.

Naturalness:
The product is manufactured from the named raw material. It contains no additives and no other technical adjuncts, it is not blended and not formulated. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 5 years.
