Ingredients:
25 - 35 % essential oil containing the monoterpene aldehyds cuminaldehyde (10 - 18 %), p-mentha-1,3-diene-7-al and p-mentha-1,4-diene-7-al and the terpene hydrocarbons gamma terpinene (15 - 30 %), beta pinene and cymene.

Application:
As spice in products like cheese, sausages, soups, stew, in fillings and in liqueurs, in the medicine as carminative against stomach trouble and colics; in natural remedies because of its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties; in cosmetics.

Naturalness:
The product is manufactured from the named raw material. It contains no additives and no other technical adjuncts, it is not blended and not formulated. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 5 years.
