Production:
By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms [1]. The extract is standardised by addition of sunflower oil (organic acc. to USDA NOP) on 40000 C.U. and stabilized with FLAVEX Rosemary Antioxidant extract (organic acc. to USDA NOP).

Intense red coloured, homogeneous viscous oil, with some paprika flavour

Ingredients:
Contains the colour components capsanthin, capsorubin, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and other carotenoids, further triglycerides, tocopherols, traces of paprika flavour and pungent compounds.

Application:
Mainly as colouring agent in food and cosmetics.
For Flavourings - contains Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract.

Naturalness:
The product contains only Paprika extract, FLAVEX Rosemary Antioxidant extract (NOP), sunflower oil (NOP) and no other additives or technical adjuncts. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 2 years.
