Conventional Paprika oleoresin is standardized on 80000 C.U. by addition of sunflower oil and stabilized with FLAVEX Rosemary Antioxidant extract.

Extract:
Intense red coloured, homogeneous viscous oil, weak flavour, 80000 colour units (MSD10-method).

Ingredients:
Contains the colour components capsanthin, capsorubin, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and other carotenoids, further triglycerides, tocopherols, traces of paprika flavour and pungent compounds.

Application:
As colouring agent in food and cosmetics.
For Flavourings - contains Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract.

Naturalness:
The product contains only Paprika extract, FLAVEX Rosemary Antioxidant and sunflower oil. It contains no other additives and no other technical adjuncts. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 2 years.
