Vanilla CO2-extract with invert sugar, 1 % Vanillin , Type No. 021.035

The product contains the extract from 500 - 600 g vanilla beans and is standardised to 1 % vanillin content.

Raw material:
Vanilla planifolia - Vanilla beans

Production:
By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms. The produced extract  is standardized to 1 % vanillin by addition of invert sugar.

Extract:
Viscous, slightly yellow turbid liquid with well balanced vanilla flavour.


Ingredients:
The product contains invert sugar with 0,9 - 1,1 %  natural vanillin coming from concentrated Vanilla extract.

Application:
For food flavouring, in confectionery, in ice creams, cakes, desserts, beverages and liqueurs, for taste improvement [1][2][3].
Dosage recommendation: 0,2 - 0,3 % in  end product.
Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 2 years.
