By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms [1].

Extract:
Yellow, crystalised powder with an aromatic odour not only like vanillin, but rounded out by a large number of minor constituents, giving the unique, inimitable natural vanilla flavour profile.

Ingredients:
93 - 97 % natural vanillin, ‹ 1,0 % p-hydroxy benzaldehyde, ‹ 1,0 % vanillic acid [2][3][4].

Application:
For food flavouring, in confectionery, in ice creams, cakes, desserts, beverages and liqueurs, for tooth-paste flavouring, for taste improvement of lipsticks, in perfumery [2][3][4].
Dosage recommendation: 20 - 50 mg/kg end product.

Naturalness:
The product is manufactured from the named raw material. It contains no additives and no other technical adjuncts, it is not blended and not formulated. The product is 100 % natural and corresponds to the EC Flavouring Regulation No. 1334/2008 for flavouring preparations.

Stability:
Closed pack under cool and dry storage conditions and exclusion of light at least 5 years.
