This does not only meet customer requirements but creates also confidence in consistent and authentic extract quality.
Quality means for FLAVEX also the best possible choice of raw material, which is characterized by a permanent screening and long term relationship with suppliers. Quality is also a modern manufacturing technology according to the state of the art as well as processes supported by databases and tailor-made software.
A further and main component of quality is the dedication and motivation of employees. Due to regular training, they identify and understand critical matters and carry out adequate corrective actions in their working field.
Last but not least an effective knowledge management, which means acquiring, structuring and sharing of know how and information, is a fundamental key to achieving added value and quality.
