Matière Première:
Pimenta officinalis – Berries, dried, from organic farming

Fabrication:
By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms [1].

Ingrédients:
The CO2-extract contains 25 – 35 % steam volatile components, 20 – 40 % eugenol as main component and fatty oil.

Utilisation:
It is used as a spice in food industries (bakery and sausage products, sauces, fish, meat dishes, spirits), in pharmaceuticals and in perfumery.*
