Le manque de dynamisme \u00e9conomique provoque l\u2019\u00e9xode rural vers Tirana et l\u2019Italie.<\/p><p>Cependant l\u2019agriculture de plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales, en qualit\u00e9 biologique, apporte aux r\u00e9gions pauvres du Pays des Aigles une importante source de revenus.<\/p><p>FLAVEX Naturextrakte GmbH, entreprise allemande d\u2019extraction v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et NATURAL ALBA shpk, producteur albanais, ont conclu un partenariat sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit) pour le d\u00e9veloppemment d\u2018un vaste projet agricole. Le projet DeveloPPP prend forme sur la p\u00e9ninsule de Rodon (\u00e0 l\u2019ouest du pays). Entour\u00e9e par la Mer Adriatique aux milles chatoiements azur\u00e9ens, cette langue de terre fut laiss\u00e9e en jach\u00e8re et \u00e0 la vie pastorale depuis 1990. La p\u00eache constitue la principale source de revenus, n\u2019emp\u00eachant pourtant pas les hommes de migrer vers Tirana et l\u2018Italie pour subvenir aux besoins de leur famille. La culture de plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales telles que le Thym, la M\u00e9lisse, l\u2019Origan, qui poussent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat sauvage et que les gens cueillent pour leurs propres besoins, offre un gisement d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9gion.<\/p><p>Le Projet DeveloPPP vise \u00e0 promouvoir la culture biologique de plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales et ainsi mettre en valeur les ressources locales.<\/p><p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, FLAVEX Naturextrakte s\u00e9curise son approvisionnement et satisfait ses besoins en quantit\u00e9 et en qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-6d85a4e\" data-id=\"6d85a4e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b461c23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b461c23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>BUTS DU PROJET<\/h3><p>Le projet a pour but de pr\u00e9server les ressources naturelles et la biodiversit\u00e9 du Cap de Rodon.<\/p><p>Il vise \u00e0 \u00e9tablir et promouvoir un d\u00e9veloppement durable et biologique des cultures selon les crit\u00e8res europ\u00e9ens.<\/p><p>A ces fins, les mesures suivantes furent mises en place en 2016, 2017, 2018 et 2019, pour un investissement total de 475 000 EUR :<\/p><ul><li>Location de 22 hectares de terres, appartenant \u00e0 de petits propri\u00e9taires<\/li><li>Tests pilotes<\/li><li>Formations dispens\u00e9es aux cultivateurs<\/li><li>Fourniture de graines et de plants, certifi\u00e9s Bio<\/li><\/ul><p>NATURAL ALBA loue la terre et conduit les tests de culture. FLAVEX Naturextrakte finance les \u00e9quipements techniques, les semences et les formations. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, ce partenariat garantit \u00e0 FLAVEX Naturextarkte un approvisionnement en produits Bio de grande qualit\u00e9.
