Utilisation:
Suitable for refining salads, dressings and sauces.*
Due to its high content of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid, a daily intake of millet seed extract can contribute to a healthy blood cholesterol level [2]. The extract also contains miliacin, which studies have shown to support hair growth and has anabolic properties [3].*
Due to its miliacin and linoleic acid content, millet seed extract has anti-inflammatory properties and improves the self-healing process of the skin [3]. Therefore, the extract is well suited for the use in skin care products.*
