Apium graveolens – Seeds, dried

Fabrication:
By supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals, no reproducible microorganisms, no allergens [1].

Ingrédients:
The CO2 extract contains 20 – 30 % essential oil mainly consisting of sedanolide, limonene, beta-selinene, butylphthalide and fatty oil.

Utilisation:
In folk medicine, celery seeds are occasionally used as a diuretic for urinary and kidney problems and as an adjuvant for gout and rheumatic complaints [2].*

In the food industry for seasoning meat products, soups and sauces.*
