For the flavouring of food, e.g. bakery and confectionery products, beverages or ice cream.*
Coffee bean oil has sun-protective properties and can therefore be used in sunscreen products. It is also suitable for use in skin care products, as the oil increases skin moisture. Because of its aromatic smell, the oil is also suitable as a fragrance in perfumes and other cosmetic products [2].*
